Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site work reliably, remember your preferences, and — with your permission — understand how visitors use the site so we can keep improving it.
Cookies themselves cannot run programs or carry viruses. They simply hold a small amount of information that the website can read on your next visit.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies — always active
These are required for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They do not collect personal information and are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies) or expire after a short fixed period.
- cookieConsent — stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every visit.
- Session management — keeps your browsing session stable.
Analytics Cookies — optional
These help us understand which pages are visited most and how visitors navigate the site. The data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. We use this to improve the information we provide.
- Google Analytics — page views, session duration, traffic sources.
Marketing Cookies — optional
These may be set by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests. We use very limited advertising, but if you have previously visited a related page, a platform such as Google may connect that visit.
- Google Ads — ad personalisation and conversion tracking.
Preference Cookies — optional
These remember choices you make — such as your preferred language — so you do not have to reset them on return visits.
- Language and region preferences.
- Accessibility settings if applied.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are placed by third parties whose services we use. We do not control these cookies. The following third parties may set cookies when you visit:
- Google Analytics — web analytics (analytics cookies).
- Google Ads — advertising measurement (marketing cookies).
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our homepage may set a session cookie.
Each of these services has its own privacy and cookie policy, which we encourage you to review if you have questions about their practices.
Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Preference cookies — typically expire after 12 months.
- Analytics cookies — typically expire after 13 months (Google Analytics default).
- Marketing cookies — typically expire after 90 days.
