Service & Timekeeping Adjustment
For watches running outside comfortable accuracy. The movement is cleaned, lubricated, and finely regulated. We record the rate before and after so the improvement is clear.

Case Restoration & Refinish
A careful restoration of worn cases, lifting scratches and dings while keeping the watch's original geometry intact. We discuss the preferred finish first and refinish only as far as the owner wishes.

Complete Heritage Restoration
A comprehensive restoration for older and inherited watches. Can include making replacement parts by hand, addressing rust and wear, and rebuilding the watch to run dependably while honouring its past.

Common Questions
How long does a standard service take?
Most timekeeping services are completed within two to four weeks once the inspection is done. Heritage restorations take longer — we will give a clear timeline when we review the watch.
Do you work on quartz watches as well as mechanical ones?
Our focus is on mechanical and vintage movements. We do not take in quartz-only repairs as a standard service, though we are happy to discuss unusual pieces individually.
Can I bring in a watch for a look before committing to a service?
Yes — an initial inspection is part of how we work. We examine the watch and share our findings, and you decide what to do from there. There is no pressure to proceed.
What does the price include?
The listed prices cover the core service as described. If additional parts or work are needed, we discuss costs with you before proceeding. There are no charges without your prior agreement.
Is my watch safe with you?
Every watch in our care is logged on arrival and kept in secure storage. We handle pieces carefully and treat inherited and collectible watches with the attention they deserve.
Do you offer a service warranty?
A service warranty is provided on completed timekeeping adjustments and movement servicing. The terms are explained clearly when we return your watch.
