Every service begins with an inspection — not a cursory glance, but a proper examination of the movement under magnification, including the condition of the escapement, the mainspring, and the jewels. We assess what the watch actually needs, not what it would be convenient to sell.
From there, a written report is prepared. The owner reviews it, asks questions if needed, and agrees on the scope before we begin. This step takes time, but it eliminates the unpleasant surprises that are a common complaint about watch repair.

Service & Timekeeping Adjustment

A measured service for watches running outside comfortable accuracy. The movement is cleaned, lubricated, and finely regulated across several positions. We record the rate before and after so the improvement is clear, explain our findings simply, and provide a service warranty once the work is done. Turnaround is generally a few weeks, depending on what the inspection reveals.

Case Restoration & Refinish
